Hologic is seeking a skilled Internal Service Engineer to join our dynamic R&D Cytology team in Marlborough. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of product support activities including the repair, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration management of all on market products supported by Product Development.

This is an onsite position in Marlborough, MA.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Conducts advanced troubleshooting to repair, test and qualify instruments located in Product Development labs.
+ Schedules and manages preventive maintenance on internal instruments.
+ Documents repair / resolution of customer calls in CRM system and escalates issues to management as needed.
