Purpose:
The Internal Sales Specialist provides telephonic sales support to agents and distributors regarding Athene annuity products, using a variety of tools, including product illustration software and the company intranet site!


Accountabilities:
+ Handle inbound calls from 800-line, assisting with product and sales questions, while meeting minimum call volume of 40 calls per day.
+ Transfer/funnel calls to appropriate departments, including forwarding leads to Internal Wholesalers.
+ Run product illustrations, meeting or exceeding established turnaround times on all requests, with 100% accuracy.
