About the job Internal Sales Representative

Job Overview:

The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing telephonic customer sales and service, quoting on products, processing and invoicing orders, and providing support to external sales representatives. This is a technical sales support role, ideally suited to a candidate with prior experience in the pumps or related mechanical industry.

Education:

Post Grade 12 Technical Diploma Advantageous

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in the pumps or related industry

Minimum 2 years in sales

Experience with E1, JDE, or SAP Advantageous

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent telephone communication skills

Strong product knowledge in pumps or similar technical items

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure

Accurate, detail-oriented, and process-driven
