Job Purpose:

To assist sales consultants and management with admin and production issues

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: To sell and promote the company products and assist the sales staff. Good customer relations, willing to assist customers and develop relationships with all our clients. Assist with all customer queries, sort out problems or ensure deadlines are met. Keeping track of all orders and their progress. Inform customers of the progress or any problems that will affect their orders. Quotations – Process quotations on SFA and keep quotations and forecasting up to date. Processing of Sales Orders, Pro-Forma Invoices and Invoicing on Sage Evolution.
