Internal Sales Person at Macclesfield branch of Rexel.

• Provide excellent customer service to key customers via phone, face‑to‑face in branch, or email to drive customer loyalty.
• Maintain a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
• Be the first point of call for key account clients.
• Understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow the client portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team by serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in the warehouse to ensure orders are completed on time.
