Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for following up on inbound leads generated through marketing and partnerships.
- Proactively making outbound calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualifying prospects and arranging meetings for the Sales Manager where appropriate.
- Present and explain solutions confidently to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and deals in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets while delivering strong customer service
