Internal Sales Representative

Our client in the Industrial Pump Manufacturing Industry is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Boksburg.

Requirements: Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and pump components. Professional telephone manner. Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems. Matric. Duties will include but are not limited to: Purchasing components for pump assembly. Selling components and pumps. Maintaining stock levels in the store. Servicing existing clients and responding to new sales inquiries. Following up on quotation processes and placing orders for clients. Generating invoices for clients. Receiving, managing, and escalating customer complaints. Package & Remuneration

Up to R22,000 per month + Provident Fund & Medical Aid (After 3 months' probation).
