We have an excellent office-based role for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator in Castleford to join the team of this well-established UK designer and manufacturer of specialist Ethernet-based network transmission equipment.
About the role
The position of Internal Sales Administrator is a varied and interesting role and will involve:
Sales Orders
Processing all Sales Orders, ensuring the customer has ordered correct equipment and confirming price against customer quotations / Price Lists Prepare correspondence for customers, Order Acknowledgements, shipment advice, tracking numbers etc Update customers to any changes in delivery schedule Issue RMA's to customer to return products for credit / repair Answering customer enquiries over the phone and email Issuing sales quotes and assisting with product selection Supporting the sales team to arrange additional meetings...
