2. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs.
3. Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
4. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and standards.
5. Provide constructive feedback and enhance the internal candidate experience.
6. Training the hired candidates according to the job roles.
7. Training the hired candidates on CoC & CoE.
8. Tracking and reporting on the success and effectiveness of internal recruitment.
9. Ensuring smooth transitions for internal hires into new roles.
