Facilitate planning projects, confirming scope, uncovering of requirements, and managing change. Monitor & track project progress against the budget, timelines and quality.
Participate in the tracking of testing & deployment activities, including Third-party vendor management.
Provide detailed project plans, budget forecasts, and schedules, deployment approach, work activities, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies for each assigned project.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Manages cross-team and cross-functional dependencies for the team.
Coaches and mentors team member adoption of agile methodology.
Assists the Product Owner in keeping the backlog groomed.
Works with other scrum masters to ensure ways of working are consistent across teams where possible.
Works with Program Management in managing risks & raising of impediments.
