We are seeking a qualified physician who is looking to make a transition from hospitalist or primary care into the dynamic post-acute setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys setting their own schedule, takes full ownership of their work, is a team player, and is an excellent communicator and relationship builder. To begin with, this position will involve rounding in a large skilled nursing facility with a patient volume of around 100.
