Guaranteed Hours: 8 - OT to apply after 8 hours per day We are looking for one provider to cover 3 days a week of clinic. Clinic would be from 8am-5pm each day (lunch hour in there). Provider is on leave so we will need coverage for 3-6 months.
This will be clinic only coverage, no call. 60 minutes for new appointments approx. 30 minutes for follow up appointments approx. Scope of work includes: Cancer and high risk for cancer focused Pre and post test genetic counseling Tumor based genetic screening programs High risk patient management Support for prevention and precision oncology initiatives Patient population is adults only.
