Details:

• Setting: Outpatient
• Location: Modesto, CA
• Schedule: Mon-Fri (7a-4p with 60 minute lunch)
• Duration: 2 months with possible extension
• Duties:
• Maintains quality of care standards
• Assists patients with enrolling to access educational videos
• Make assessment of patients health status
• Injury Care
• Primary Care
• Follow-Up and evaluate patient's status
• Less than 15 pts/day

Required :

• Active CA license
• Board Certified
• 1 year of Occupational Health Experience
• DEA, LS

Compensation :

• $180K-$250K
