Established provider group seeking a Primary Care Practitioner for a unique geriatric-focused position serving assisted living communities in Upstate New York. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling available with competitive compensation, a retention bonus, and the opportunity to build meaningful long-term relationships with residents.
