Nursing Home Rounding Physician Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Home Physician to provide ongoing medical care for residents across one or more skilled nursing facilities in the Los Angeles area. The physician will conduct regular rounds, manage acute & chronic conditions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring high quality, patient centered care for an aging population with complex medical needs

ROLE OVERVIEW
• Nursing Facilities; can add Long Term Acute Care when ready
• Primarily weekends will be off. Physicians make own schedule
• Your care team s Mid levels also cover each of the facilities. Physicians supervise Mid- levels. Physicians see admits within 72 hrs to stay in compliance
