POSITION OVERVIEW The Internal Medicine Physician is responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care, including diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
This role involves evaluating patient histories, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and monitoring patient progress to ensure effective outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results.
Prescribe or administer therapy, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness.
Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose the medical condition of a patient.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
