About the Role

This role exists to ensure that Félix’s most important priorities and company knowledge translates into disciplined execution. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be the connective tissue of the company, bridging the gap between high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day operations.

You aren't just a coordinator; you are an operator. You will own the flow of information and communication across the company, making sure everyone at Félix has the information, tools, and clarity they need to do their work, and feel engaged and connected.

• Internal Comms Cadence: Design and lead our internal communication systems—newsletters, rituals, knowledge base platforms and announcements—ensuring they are consistent, useful, and high‑impact.
