We are seeking a talented individual to join our Internal Communications team at Marsh. This is a regional role based in Singapore and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Internal Communications Manager (6‑month maternity‑cover contract), you will manage the delivery of print, email, and online communications aligned with business strategies to enhance employee understanding and engagement. You will build strong relationships with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns and ensure communication accuracy through collaboration with senior leaders and corporate functions such as HR, legal, compliance, and finance.
