We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Housing Programme Manager to lead a high-profile portfolio of projects that will shape how Oxford responds to housing need and homelessness. This is a rare opportunity to oversee a £32m capital investment programme delivering up to units of temporary accommodation, lead the development of new homelessness hostel provision, and drive major initiatives that improve services, increase housing capacity and deliver long-term value for the Council and residents.
