Position Overview
We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager who is experienced, hands-on, and communicative to join us in our Audit team, based in our EMEA headquarters office in Mechelen, Belgium.
What you’ll do
Set up and maintain efficient audit planning and infrastructure for financial statements and performance auditing. Lead and execute the annual internal audit and coordinate with external audit where required. Develop and manage internal audit procedures in accordance with local and international best practices. Maintain and improve governance structure for the internal audit department in alignment with the Audit Committee. Support the development of a risk management plan and advise management on reducing business and financial risks.
