Assist valuers with valuation assignments including information collection, in-depth rental / TOL analysis, valuation methodology proposals, and rental/fire replacement cost assessments
Conduct site inspections of properties requiring valuation assessment
Engage with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency
What we are looking for:
Students with background in Real Estate or similar areas preferred
Meticulous
Great attention to details and can multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
