Assist the Training Academy Team with various projects and tasks
Assist in the setup of the upcoming regional Training Academy located in the future Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) Singapore
Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and Aftersales Qualifications, including regional product and branding training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts
Monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers
Opportunities to work directly with our 13 Asia Pacific markets including Singapore
What sets you apart?
Study in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any relevant other studies
Prior internship experience preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills...
