Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Prepare and file recruitment-related documents
- Process recruitment-related payment requests
- Maintain organized and updated recruitment files
- Monitor and track compliance of candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain inventory of recruitment materials and employer branding collaterals
- Support other HR and recruitment projects as needed
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
