Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Account Management Intern to drive growth for our business partners. Reporting to the Head of Marketplace (Shops), ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, a high degree of comfort with learning proprietary software systems and a very keen eye for details.
Scope: Support the Strategic Account Management (SAM) team in scaling vendors
Work with the Strategic Account Management team to manage the execution of promotions and campaigns, ensuring all marketing assets and pricing are live, accurate and error-freeMaintain catalogue accuracy and content quality to directly bring about user conversionsFacilitating the onboarding of new outlets and products on the marketplaceConduct data-driven research into category trends and competitor landscapes Partner with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot daily vendor challenges Qualifications
