The roles & responsibilities include:
Monitor rejections and reach out to Liquidity providers accordingly.Help with the creation of marketing materials and pitch documents or adaptation of these for our local region.Assist in preparing for regional meetings for the regional team.Assist team in setting up of new users.Onboard LPs/New accounts for new/existing clients.Help the team in managing large client projects by assisting internally with different stakeholdersAssist CSMs with their up-selling of features and projects that come along with itLearn about the Foreign Exchange market, our clients and their current and future requirements and the various functions within SGX FX.Provide functional/ technical support (L1/L2) for all SGX FX clients.Job Requirements
