What you will be working on - Conduct site inspections on State properties
- Perform data analysis
- Administrative process for tenancy and maintenance-related matters
What we are looking for - Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Meticulous and customer focused
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Has great attention to details and can multi-task
- Preferably able to commit from Aug 2026 to Dec 2026 or Sep 2026 to December 2026 or Oct 2026 to January 2027 for this internship.
