Join the Field Operation Support (FSO) team within Ericsson’s Managed Services delivery for DNB. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to live telecom network operations, site access governance, and field workforce enablement supporting nationwide 5G infrastructure.

We are seeking a motivated Site Management Intern to support daily Field Operation Support activities under the Ericsson–DNB Managed Services model. The role focuses on operational tools used by Field Engineers, site access application support, and Apparatus Assignment Certification (AAC) administration to ensure safe, compliant, and SLA‑driven site operations.

This position plays a supporting role in ensuring field readiness, compliance with HSSE and customer requirements, and smooth execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across DNB sites.
