Job Description
You will be attached to Housekeeping Department and report to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Housekeeping during the internship.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping
You will:
· Clean and inspect an allocated number of apartments, and update on the status
· Check and replenish amenities, and manage monthly stock-taking of linens, uniforms, cleaning, guest supplies, kitchen wares and breakfast items
· Ensure that cleanliness standards are met
· Help with monthly linen inventory, linen, staff uniforms and resident laundry
· Ensure all cleaning equipment and electrical equipment are in good working condition
· Report all losses and damages for linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment
· Attend to resident’s complaints and needs
· Schedule and perform periodical cleaning programmes
· Daily checks to ensure no linen or equipment abuse
