Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of physical and digital repositories to reconcile missing or lapsed agreements.
- Centralize contract data within the master management system to ensure a single source of truth.
- Map service agreements (e.g., Soft Services, MEP) by category and location for localized oversight.
- Establish and enforce standardized naming protocols to optimize digital retrieval and version control.
- Data Integrity & Compliance
- Administer the Master Contract Tracker to proactively manage renewals, terminations, and inflationary price adjustments.
- Spearhead the digital transformation project, migrating legacy paper records into a modern Document Management System (DMS).
- Strategic Operational Support
