Lead and support NPI projects from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing. Develop and validate process flows, control plans, and FMEA. Drive qualification builds and analyze results for improvement. Ensure compliance with automotive and customer-specific requirements. Support cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives. Qualifications:
