Job Responsibilities Competent with operating property management system. Works closely with the respective team managers and other related departments to ensure guests' requests are followed through. Handle various equipment. Perform administrative duties as requested. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Process guest requests and in the event, if the request is not directly related to his/her area of capacity, the request must be owned and forwarded to the appropriate department. Attend scheduled departmental meetings and daily briefings as required. Contribute ideas to improving the operations of MICE - LBS.
