In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis.Record and analyse production videos to develop Yamazumi Charts and Spaghetti Diagrams.Perform manufacturing data analysis (Pareto, START–STOP data) to identify efficiency opportunities.Support Kaizen, ergonomics assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.Document findings in structured reports and presentations for the engineering team.
