Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of employee training, development programs, and talent management. As an intern, you will support the L&D team in organizing, executing, and improving training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Help prepare training materials and resources for various programs.
• Support in scheduling training events and communicating with employees regarding session details.
• Monitor and track employee attendance for training programs.
• Gather feedback from participants and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain and update the L&D database, records, and materials.
