Position Overview
Work Location: Santiago.
Expected duration: 3 (min) to 6 (max) months.
Responsibilities
- Provide support with review and update of Welcome Guide for new staff.
- Provide support with the administration and analysis of different surveys.
- Provide support with the preparation, delivery, and follow up of different communications (e.g. memos, contracts, official documents, communication to all staff).
- Provide support to HR partners with the preparation and distribution of monthly reports.
- Update communication templates (e.g. Outlook, brochures).
- Provide support with special projects, as needed. Daily responsibilities will depend on the individual's background and needs of the Unit at the time of the start of the internship.
