Position Overview
Job Description:
To assist HR department in day-to-day tasks.
Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews)
Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates
Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.)
Assist team with preparation of materials
Other related ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues with strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive and able to work independently
Willing to work in MCT Tower, USJ Subang
