Tech Review YouTube Channel

We make tech review videos, and we're looking for a design intern to help us make content people actually want to click on. Most of your time will be spent on thumbnails — and yes, we know that sounds simple, but there's a lot of creative thinking that goes into it. If you enjoy experimenting with visuals and don't mind being told let's try another version, you'll fit right in.

What You’ll Mostly Be Doing

• Thumbnail design: For each video, you’ll look at what’s working on similar channels, then come up with at least 3 different thumbnail concepts for us to choose from. We test thumbnails based on CTR, so you’ll also get to see how your designs actually perform and use that to make the next ones better.
• Instagram carousels: Helping repurpose video content into IG carousel posts that look clean and on‑brand.
