Job Description
- Promote SmartPay adoption via cold calling initiatives
- Follow up on incomplete or pending SmartPay applications
- Assist AMs on the ground, including:
- Customer visits and promoter activities
- Booths, briefings, and outreach sessions (when required)
- Standby at office / HQ to:
- Support administrative tasks
- Handle walk-in or internal coordination matters
- Update and track SmartPay application status, including:
- Application submission
- Follow thru incomplete application
- Pending KYC / activation / endorsement follow-ups
- Status reporting to AM and HQ
- Perform other tasks as assigned by AM, including ad‑hoc support during peak periods (e.g, promoter programs, campaigns).
