What you will do
- Support customer order processing and shipment management to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
- Assist in backlog management by coordinating with internal teams to expedite orders and proactively communicate updates
- Ensure accurate billing and credit note (CN) issuance in accordance with operational processes
- Collaborate with affiliates to drive continuous improvement initiatives, including order frequency optimization, order loading, DG management, and SWAP planning
