About the Role
Support the HLCC Front Office in executing end‑to‑end recruitment pipelines, enhancing employee engagement initiatives, and managing critical administrative operations. The role serves as a key liaison between stakeholders to monitor headcount, finances, and technology access, ensuring seamless operational continuity.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews for Service Managers and Support Team Leads; oversee the collection and verification of candidate documentation.
- Generate accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics and operational reports.
- Manage and facilitate the onboarding lifecycle and offboarding process.
- Assist in developing and implementing guidelines and initiatives designed to elevate employee morale and engagement levels; partner with frontline teams to execute engagement activities that drive performance and foster engagement.
