Job Description - Create original animations for gameplay actions such as movement, combat, mining, interaction, and item-related actions.
- Build 3D models, props, environment assets, and visual content for Roblox games.
- Translate gameplay concepts into assets and animations that are visually clear and appealing in-game.
- Iterate based on feedback from the team and improve work over multiple rounds.
- Ensure assets and animations are practical for in-game use, including style, readability, and performance considerations.
- Contribute to the overall polish, game feel, and player-facing quality of the experience.
