You will be responsible for optimising municipal feedback routing systems through documentation, testing, and enhancement of our AI classifiers. You will be involved in the end-to-end process of understanding how resident feedback are routed, systematically documenting misrouting incidents, and identifying opportunities for enhancement. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documenting complex routing workflows, monitoring AI model performance, and implementing technical improvements to routing accuracy.
