Position Overview
- Perform daily front desk duties, including greeting guests and answering phone calls.
- Manage office and pantry supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and replenishing when necessary.
- Update and maintain daily staff attendance records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings by tracking availability and handling staff requests.
- Coordinate monthly fruit distribution for staff.
