Job Description
The Intermodal Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for maintaining strong customer communication, entering and coordinating shipment orders, supporting dispatch operations, and ensuring shipments are completed accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in customer satisfaction, operational performance, and billing accuracy.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in intermodal transportation or logistics and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with customers, dispatchers, drivers, terminals, depots, and internal operations teams.
