We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our staff augmentation team. This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) that offers flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Master the full recruitment lifecycle within the dynamic tech market and act as a strategic partner to the talent acquisition team
• Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to find the best talent
• Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system
