About the role

We’re looking for a high-performing software engineer to become the first dedicated member of our Internal Platform and AI Enablement function. This is a force-multiplier role. Your job is not simply to ship code, but to improve the systems, workflows, and guardrails that allow every engineer to build, verify, ship, and support software more effectively. You’ll work closely with our existing Lead Engineers, who will help set direction and priorities in the early stages. Over time, we expect this role to grow in scope and autonomy, with a pathway into leading this function as it matures. This role exists to help turn AI from individual experimentation into organisational capability.
