Intermediate Planner

Our Auckland Planning team continues to grow, offering an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Planner wanting to further develop their technical capability while gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and sectors.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in planning, resource management or related discipline
• At least 2+ years of relevant New Zealand planning experience, already holding, or working towards full NZPI membership
• Good knowledge and experience with relevant legislation and a willingness/keenness to upskill with new planning legislation and regulations
• Experience preparing and managing resource consent applications
• Sound communication, presentation and report writing skills
• Positive attitude and an enjoyment of working in a collaborative environment
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, councils and colleagues
