**Job Summary:**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine and moderately complex cell culture, including thawing, expanding, maintaining, and freezing primary human mesenchymal stem cells (training provided).
+ Conduct molecular biology and biochemical assays such as DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, bisulfite conversion, immunoassays, colorimetric assays, and sample preparation for downstream analyses.
+ Assist with experimental setup, reagent preparation, protocol execution, and accurate documentation of experimental procedures and analysis and presentation of results.
