Water management consulting company WaterSMART Solutions was founded in Calgary in 2006. WaterSMART was acquired by Hazen and Sawyer (“Hazen”) in 2024.
Founded in 1951 by the son of Allen Hazen (developer of the Hazen-Williams equation), Hazen is an employee-owned company with a singular focus on all things water.
Our work includes planning, design, and oversight of construction of environmental infrastructure – for water, wastewater, and stormwater management.
