Job Description
As an Intermediate Architect, you will be actively involved in every phase of the architectural process, from initial feasibility studies to the completion of construction projects. You will lead a team of 3-4 individuals, overseeing the drafting and completion of projects, and coordinating project progress and team communication.
Responsibilities

+ Lead projects from initial feasibility studies through construction completion.

+ Direct and manage a team of 3-4 people on various projects.

+ Execute architectural drafting and prepare construction documents.

+ Coordinate project progress and ensure effective communication within the team.

+ Oversee the project from design documentation to the completion of construction.

+ Ensure compliance with Building Code and ADA requirements for commercial uses.

+ Develop a comprehensive understanding of how to construct a complete building shell.
