Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead complete project execution for Interior & Exterior Trim systems (Hard trim, Soft Trim, Cockpit, Carpets, bumpers, grills, claddings, wheel arch trims, roof rails, appliqués, moldings, etc.)Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, gateways, and risk mitigation plans.Drive daily/weekly project reviews with client stakeholders.Ensure timely delivery of engineering and design outputs from offshore/onshore teams Technical Ownership:
